So, here is some good news. Inside reports from certain property analysts reveal that it is better to buy properties before June 2015 in Hyderabad. The rates are going to touch the peak after that. This is because a long lineup of foreign investments is preparing to arrive during that phase.
At the same time, the Telangana CM KCR is looking towards development and growth. He is working aggressively with his team to ensure some plum investments come to the capital city. Hyderabad will be a destination even for people in Andhra Pradesh. Many Telugu people work in cities like Pune, Delhi, Noida but the exodus has not reduced and it will pick up more after June 2015.
