High court has given a big relief to TDP President and AP Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The court stayed the ACB court direction to the investigating agency to take up probe into cash for vote scam a fresh and submit report by September end. Court Judge asked ACB to maintain status quo in the investigation. Naidu's advocates moved lunch motion petition in the court requesting to quash the ACB court orders on Thursday.
Naidu's name was figured in the cash for vote scam that came to light when Telangana TDP leader A Revanth Reddy allegedly offered bribe to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson during MLC elections.
