Telangana BJP today strongly refuted reports that Prime Minister Narendra Modi got a survey conducted to rank the chief ministers on the basis of their functioning.
Addressing the media at Sate party office here on Monday, party official spokesperson Krishnasagar alleged that the TRS government indulged in spreading propaganda using its media-based organizations. Rejecting the reports that the Prime Minister adjudged Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as No. 1 CM in the country, Krishnasagar said it was totally false, and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was adjudged third.
The Telangana BJP leader said the Centre never conducted any survey and the party has brought to the notice of the Union government about the false information being spread by the TRS government. Quoting the baseless survey, Krishnasagar also said the reports had stated that AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was ranked 13th, which was vehemently refuted by the TDP and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
