Even before one could recover from the shock of Australian cricketer Philip Hughes' death, a young cricketer passed away after he suffered heart attack while playing local tournament in Mumbai on Tuesday.
29 year old Ratnakar More, wicket keeper batsman from Tata Power's Trombay Station complained of uneasiness while during an inter division match at the Government Law College wicket. He was rushed to Bombay Hospital where he was declared dead.
More is survived by wife who is seven months pregnant. In a sheer coincidence his death was registered at Azad Maidan police station where his wife is posted. Following his sad death, organisers cancelled other matches of the tournament. One player said they came to know about the incident at 12 PM and unfortunately More didnot survive though he was immediately taken to Bombay Hospital after he complained of chest pain.
