YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy paid rich tributes to late Shobha Nagireddy on her 1st Death Anniversary. He visited Shobha's ghat and later took part in the first death anniversary programme organised by the party. "If Sharmila is my younger sister, Shobha Nagireddy is my elder sister. Though she wasn't with us Today, She will remain in the hearts of people forever. Her demise is a big loss to family and people. There might be so many MLAs, but Shobha Nagireddy leads the chart of good Law Makers as she always walked the extra mile for people's welfare," he told.
Jagan recollected an incident which happened while he was taken to court from Chanchalguda jail for the hearing of disproportionate assets case. "Taking my hand into her palm, Shobhamma said - 'Neeke Inni Samasyalu Endukani'. I saw tears in her eyes and how much she cares for me on that day," reveals the YSRC Chief. Yuva Neta unveiled the statue of Shobha Nagireddy at Allagadda and also released the Songs CD composed on her.
