Controversy On Nara Bhuvaneswari's Adopted Village

AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu's wife Nara Bhuvaneswari adopted the Komaravolu village in Pamarru mandal in Krishna district as part of her husband's Smart Village program. Currently, there's a controversy brewing over the adopted village. YSRCP's Deputy Floor Leader Uppuleti Kalpana alleged that Babu and Bhuvaneswari have resorted to corruption to the tune of 7 crores by breaking the rules and misusing the RDF funds allotted for various developmental programs in the village.

Kalpana alleged conspiracy in catering such a huge amount to a single village when the rest of the surrounding villages in the constituency too have not even proper roads and sanitation. Questioning Babu's non-transparent governance, Kalpana said that the YSRCP leaders will raise this issue during the upcoming winter assembly session.
