Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha has rejected to have VIP cell in the Bengaluru jail and requested the jail officials to keep her in the common award along with her friend Sasikala, son Sudhakar and one another. She also requested the officials to provide her Tamil and English news papers so that she can be in touch with day to day politics and happenings in the Tamil Nadu.
However the Newly appointed Chief Minister Paneer Selvam is going to meet Jaya at the Jail today and take her blessings. Paneerselvam is trusted person of Jaya and earlier also when Jaya was in jail he was taken the responsibility of Chief Ministership and also party activities in Tamil Nadu. Jaya along with three others convicted for four jails and Fine of Rs.100 crores in connection with illegal assets case.
