Legendary cartoonist RK Laxman breathed his last on Monday at a private hospital in Pune.
The 94-Year-Old was undergoing treatment for Urinary tract infection and kidney failure in Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital since January 17th. He developed severe breathing problem on Sunday night and has been put on ventilator support. Doctors even discontinued dialysis as he is unable to bear the therapy.
RK Laxman is survived by wife Kamala who is a writer and retired journalist Srinivas. He is very famous across the World for his pocket cartoon 'You Said It'. Rest In Peace RK Laxman!
