Union Urban development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday showered praise on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for developing works taken up in the nascent State and called him a person with vision and transparency.
He was addressing a foundation stone laying ceremony here. Union minister for Road Transport and Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation for six lane Durgamma Gudi flyover and road widening of four-lane, upgradation of three different roads. Venkaiah Naidu predicted that Andhra Pradesh would emerge as a strong State in future. The initiative of Chandrababu Naidu for six-lane Durgamma Gudi flyover and road widening to four-lane in Vijayawada city would always be remembered, the Union minister said, adding that more shipyards would developed in the State.
