As per the ongoing buzz in the political circles, Anam Vivekananda Reddy and Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, popularly known as Anam brothers, will soon be bidding goodbye to Congress and join Telugu Desam Party. This defect is being observed as a huge setback for the Congress party which is already struggling in the state.
Apparently, both the Nellore brothers have been showing a keen interest in joining TDP for the last few months and the TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly given his nod to their joining recently. Latest update is that the Anam brothers will be joining the yellow bandwagon on the 5th December. The Nellore brothers flourished their political careers after joining the newly launched TDP by the late NT Ramarao in 80s. However, after a brief stint in TDP, the brothers joined Congress party, where they have been playing a crucial role in the district and state politics.
While Ramanarayana Reddy is known to be a soft-spoken leader, Anam Vivekananda Reddy is hugely popular for his flamboyant lifestyle and daredevil speeches and antics.
