A 23-year-old man stole human brains from hospital and sold them on eBay, claim reports. According to certain report, David Charles barged into a psychiatric hospital and stole human brains, which he sold on eBay.
Charles got chance to enter the Indiana Medical History Museum, which was earlier known as the Central Indiana Hospital for the Insane, on multiple occasions, a court heard. He was nabbed after a man who bought brain materials on eBay tracked the items to the museum.
Investigators, who seized 80 jars of human tissue from Charles, whose identity was confirmed after the fingerprint matched with the one that was left behind at the museum. Charles was arrested on charges of burglary and stealing. He was sentenced to one year of home detention and two years of probation.
