Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu will lead a 12-member delegation of ministers and senior officials on a four-day visit to China from June 26 to attend the 10th annual meeting of the new champions at Tianjan in order to sell 'brand Amaravati' and woo investments into the reorganised state. Naidu will be meeting executives of China's top companies and request them to invest in AP, during his visit to China.
The delegation will also visit Guizhou Maritime Silk Road International Investment Corporation (GIIC). The GIIC had signed a framework MoU for setting up an industrial park in Kakinada SEZ. China's GIIC is already partnering with the state government on various infrastructure projects, including the development of a City Square in Vijayawada.
Finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, municipal administration minister P Narayana, government communications advisor Parakala Prabhakar, development commissioner PV Ramesh, principal secretary to CM Sai Prasad, energy secretary Ajay Jain, industry secretary Solomon Arokia Raj, IT secretary PS Pradyumna, CMD of capital city development and management corporation D Lakshmi Parthasarathy, CEO economic development board Jasthi Krishna Kishore were the other members of the delegation.
