Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao threw an open challenge to the Opposition parties in the state. Speaking at a Press Meet on Monday, KTR said that he would resign if the TRS loses the GHMC elections. Throwing challenge to other parties, he asked if the opposition party leaders were ready to resign if the TRS wins the mayor seat.He exuded confidence that the TRS would earn more than 100 seats in the polls and also predicted that the MIM would stand at second place, while the BJP will be third place. "We will develop the city into a global city and we are already providing 24-hour power supply. A 42-km-long flyover will be constructed along the Musi river," he said.
