While Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu has been vouching for 24x7 power supply for households and industries, his counterpart KCR is lagging far behind by announcing Power holidays for Industries.
Telangana is said to be in acute power crisis as the supply is only 125-130 Million units whereas requirement is 140 Million units. T-government officially announced that it'd cut power two days a week for industrial sector from Wednesday. According to official information, state will have six hour power-cut and 12-hour power cut in villages.
Meanwhile, Naidu is leaving no stone unturned to woo MNCs, IT firms and other industries to set up their units in AP. Although AP has deficit budget, Babu is committed to turn it into Swarnandhra. Naidu is now going to provide internet facility to every school including government schools. It's time for KCR to solve the issue of power deficit rather than blaming anyone else. Else, Telangna would pay hefty price.
