Telangana IT minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Ramarao is putting all his efforts to attract IT investors toward Hyderabad state.As part of the attempts focused at attracting investors, the Minister for Information Technology carried a special road show in Indian IT hub Bangalore on Wednesday
In his road show accompanied with several TRS supporters the IT minister showcased the opportunities existing in the sector in the new State. Telangana Government's IT Department organized the event.
The minister elaborated the new industrial and IT policy being launched by Telangana government. Earlier kTR conducted similar type of road show in Dubai and it was a big success. The road shows by minister KTR is also likely to spread in other states as well.
Hyderabad is at number two position following Bengaluru in terms of software exports. IT exports from Hyderabad have been pegged at around ₹64,000 crore for the year 2014-15, showing a growth of about 12 per cent from previous year's ₹57,000 crore.
Telangana Information Technology Minister, KTR recently said his government was committed to make Hyderabad the best IT destination in the country.
