Central Govt pulled the AP into Debt Zone

The newly built capital city Amravati has grabbed all attention. Chandrababu Naidu is working round the clock to start all the procedures. Recently when the digging process started, Water was found in 4 feet and the water has stopped the work. But Naidu has been so clear to start the work. In this case, now the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (Hudco) will sign a memorandum of understanding with the AP government for extending a loan of Rs 7,500 crore in support of infrastructure development for the new capital of Amaravati.

The news was confirmed by M.Venkaiah Naidu who is the Union urban development, housing and urban poverty alleviation minister. Now the problem is the financial assistance is good, but who is going to repay this huge sum ? Of course, it is the people of Andhra Pradesh and not Chandrababu Naidu. At the same time it is a must for the Central Government to provide financial assistance for the new capital. This has been included in the AP Re-Organization Act. The central government has just pulled the state into debt zone instead of paying the amount. The hypocrisy can't get bigger.
