Hyderabad CCS police have arrested CEO of a TV news channel T9 and a DR assistant for their alleged involvement in a job fraud.The CEO of channel Komireddy is said to have alleged involvement in a job scam and fraud. The accused allegedly cheated the victims by promising jobs in GENCO and collected huge amounts.
Komireddy assistant one Dara Venkateswara Rao and a couple of others were arrested on the fraud. The gang including Dara Venkateswara Rao, working as a DR Assistant at Secretariat and T. Ramesh, working as a lab assistant at a private college along with another person B. Naresh Babu promised youth of getting jobs in GENCO and collected huge money.
They have allegedly cheated two jobseekers Srisai Venu and E. Mahesh who applied for the job of assistant engineer in the Genco From each of the youths they have collected as much as 5 lakhs money.During inquiry, the accused also confessed that they have collected Rs 1 lakh each from ten candidates for securing Group D jobs in the railway.
