Everyone's invited to Anupam Kher's 'March or India'. The actor's protest march against writers and artistes returning awards citing 'intolerance' in the country will begin at 10 am on November 7 from India Gate in New Delhi. Responding to a query from a follower on Twitter if he could join the march, the actor responded saying, "You are more than welcome sir. This march is for India."
Kher, who is currently in Hyderabad, has called his march a "March for India". With a hashtag 'IndiaIsTolerant', Anupam Kher tweeted saying, "All Indians are invited - Jai Ho". Many people are expected to join in the march to Rashtrapati Bhavan.
"I grant you your freedom of expression to abuse me like this," Kher said in another tweet responding to an abusive tweet by a follower.
Kher, who is in Hyderabad for a theatre show later this evening, had lunch with the Daggubati clan - producer Suresh Babu, his son Rana, and actor Venkatesh.
