Latest we heard is muhurat for Chiranjeevi's 150th movie launch has been finalized. The milestone project of megastar will have its opening ceremony in last week of January. Exact date will be unveiled soon. Initially, makers thought of holding the event for Sankranthi, but they pushed it to other date owing to some reasons.
The film also marks Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan's foray into production. Chiranjeevi last seen in a cameo role in Ram Charan's Bruce Lee: The Fighter will play dual roles in Kaththi remake. The yet to be titled movie deals with problems faced by farmers due to multi-national corporations.
Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi was reportedly approached to play main antagonist, and the Rakta Charitra actor has given his nod to star in the social message film. Other cast and crew is being finalized.
