Actor Ajay is bundle of nerves as his film Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya is slated for release this Friday. Ajay has a reason to be nervous as he will be seen in a father role for the first of its kind. "I've never done like this before and hence, I'm excited. At the same time, I'm confident that this film will lay new foundation in my career," Ajay shares.
Talking about the way he shaped up his career, Ajay says, "Presently, I'm going through the best phase of my career. I'm very much contented. Yet it wasn't cakewalk and it was a roller coaster ride. There were times, where I waited for months for right scripts. After Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya, my career might turn."
Ajay rues and explains, "I'm in a different and tricky state. I don't fit the bill for main villain roles as I'm too young. Unlike before, writers are not penning such pivotal roles to actors of my age. Earlier Mohan Babu garu had donned very peculiar villain roles and he was lucky. Writers had created special roles for him. I hope I'll reach to that stature and until then, I decided to portray roles that are older to me in real life."
Ajay will be seen as father to young actor Naga Shaurya in the film where both fall for same girl. Newcomer Trikoti, associate of director Rajamouli, directed the movie while Sai Korrapati is producing the film.
