Rajinikanth's Kabali gets postponed

The makers of forthcoming entertainer movie “Kabali” starring Superstar Rajinikanth, Radhika Apte and Dhansika has postponed its release, earlier it was supposed to hit the theaters in April on the occasion of New Year Special but now it has been postponed but makers did not announce the arrival date of the movie.

According to the latest update, Rajinikanth himself requested makers to postpone the movie. On the other side, makers of Kabali are saying that they are postponing the movie due to Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections. The election in Tamil Nadu is going to be held in April last week or the first week of May. If they will release the movie during the election time, then it can affect the collection of the movie, so makers decided to release the movie after election.

The upcoming saga is directed by Pa Ranjith and produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under the banner of V Creations whereas the music is scored by Santhosh Narayanan. The movie will be released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu version with the same title. Rajinikanth is playing the role of Chennai based Malaysian don.
