Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made a comeback with women-centric flick 'Jazbaa' after a gap of 3 years. Considering the popularity of the beauty queen, Makers offered to pay her a remuneration of Rs 4 crore. While Rs 1 crore was paid as Advance, Producers haven't settled the balance even after wrapping up the shooting.Upset with it, Aishwarya Rai refused to promote 'Jazbaa' and even restrained her family members from promoting the movie online. At this point Jazbaa director Sanjay Gupta stepped into action to resolve the issue with a profit sharing deal. Aishwarya was promised that she would be paid the first share in the profits but to her misery the film bombed at the Box Office. Even though Producers promised to compensate the loss with the sale of DTH & Other Rights, Aishwarya Rai lost hope on financially benefiting from 'Jazbaa'. This situation would hurt her more as she turned down several lucrative offers before signing this kidnap drama.
